HEARTSAVER® K-12 COURSE

COURSE COST: (K-12 Schools, save $15/person)      TIME ESTIMATE: 5-8 HOURS

This option may be used for all Heartsaver courses taught in schools for kindergarten through 12th grade. This includes elementary, middle, junior, and high schools. Course completion cards may be issued to school students, faculty, and staff. “Faculty” refers to teachers and coaches; “staff” refers to an employee of a K-12 school or K-12 school system.

IF CHILD IS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST ATTEND ALL COURSES.   ANY AND ALL CONTACT FROM PULSE CPR, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 WILL BE MADE THROUGH THE PARENT/GUARDIAN.  PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST SIGN RELEASE FORM FOR ANY CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
